About the Opportunity
As Quality Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of robust product and process quality at the Christchurch manufacturing facility, whilst also providing technical quality support to China-based manufacturing operations as required.
This role works closely with the Quality Manager to implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS), drive practical process improvements, support new product introduction, and help resolve quality issues across both local and offshore manufacturing. All activities are carried out with a strong focus on continuous improvement and fit-for-purpose quality outcomes.

About You
To be successful in this role you will require:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing quality or process engineering role
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 based Quality Management Systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, and design)
  • Experience supporting offshore manufacturing or working with remote teams is desirable
  • Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently when required
