About the Role
As Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of advanced management solutions—focusing on Salesforce platforms—to empower trades and operations across construction, tendering, project workflow, and scheduling. Your work will help drive digital integration that enhances real-world operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and configure digital solutions (Salesforce) for CRM, work order management, and project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex user issues, collaborating across technical and trade teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate construction needs into practical digital processes.
- Identify and drive enhancements that optimise business processes and support change management.
- Provide training and support to end users, fostering digital adoption across the business.
- Proven background as a Functional Consultant, Business/Data/Systems Analyst, or similar, with hands-on experience in construction management or workflow platforms (Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge of trades operations, scheduling, and construction project management.
- Excellent understanding of digital solution delivery: SDLC, data models, functional design, and user support.
- Effective communicator, capable of building bridges between technical teams and trades professionals.
- Adaptable and proactive approach—comfortable working in dynamic, high-impact settings.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP
