We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Analyst to join a growing team in Christchurch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with innovative technology that's making a difference, while providing world-class service to an international client base.
 
What you'll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of 1st and 2nd line customer support - responding to calls and emails, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting software installations and assisting with SQL, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop environments.
  • Delivering remote technical and system support, including database maintenance.
  • Tracking, documenting, and following up support cases to make sure customers receive continuity of service.
  • Contributing to knowledge base resources to improve support tools and processes.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of internal IT projects, including CRM, infrastructure, and software system improvements.
 What you'll bring:
  • 2+ years' experience in customer support or service delivery within a technical, software, or scientific industry (hardware/software mix ideal).
  • Solid skills in troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and following structured processes.
  • Strong communication skills - you can break down complex technical issues and build positive relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Hands-on skills with SQL databases, Windows environments, networking, and software implementation.
  • A self-motivated mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Proven ability to write and follow clear technical documentation.
